First, there is a misperception that Sookie’s getting a new love interest. I don’t think there has been any legitimate press release that actually says that this Ben character will be a suitor for Sookie. A lot has been read into what was released. Secondly, I’m not sure how another suitor could possibly help her sort out her feelings for the men in her life. How does introducing someone else make things clearer for her? Seems like that would complicate things further. Doesn’t make sense to me. Lastly, I don’t think rationalizations are a means to true acceptance. Sookie needs to embrace who and what she is. You can’t love yourself by rationalizing who you are.
